You guys...

My 20 day adventure begins! New York City will always be my #1 favorite place to visit in the fall, for a few reasons: The first, as I walked into my Gospel Doctrine class today I noticed there was this dog just sitting in one of those doggy purses (sorry I don't know the proper name for them) so, if you know me at all I chose to sit on the same row as this dog. I was curious to see the owner and I was curious to see everyone else's reactions to this strange visitor. So I sat right in the middle of it all. You will never guess what happened next and if this were facebook I would tell this story and make people guess by commenting on my status but since we can't do that here, I will gladly tell you. You know how on 101 Dalmations when Pongo is looking out the window and he is trying to find the perfect match for not only him but his owner..? Let me just tell you, as soon as this lady walked in, I knew! If you ever have been to the LDS church outside of Utah, its an experience you will never forget because the investigators really make the church simply amazing. This lady added to the amazingness of our church by giving her little pup a binky. You read it right, a binky. You guys, I lost it. (laughing of course) and just falling in love with this lady and her love for not only her dog... but her child. I have good news and bad news. You best believe I have pictures... but the bad news is that I don't have them on my phone. So... pictures to come soon :) The next reason I love NY so much is because its fall time, and who doesn't love New York in the fall? Its not humid, its beautiful chilly weather that you can wear boots and scarves in, and the leaves are really somethin' else. The food here is simply exquisite, and I love it so much that if I lived here I would blow up like a balloon because I can't help myself. I feel like the cute little Remy, on Ratatouille, when he eats... you know all the colorful bubbles that pop around his head. If you never have eaten here, and you want to come visit but don't know where to eat, hit me up because I will gladly tell you! Now on to another thing... my sister showed me this video before I left to NY and I watch it every time I feel sad. So you should too!! :) Happy Sunday to you all.
