Miss Swiss.

I promised in a previous post I would blog a tad about my trip to Switzerland. Lets just start out by saying we took a road trip to the very top of Switzerland, and down to the bottom of the beaut. Not in any old van... a 9 passenger van. It was HUGE. It was hilarious. It was unforgettable. We ate a ton of the authentic swiss cheese as well as chocolate. As a side note, the Asian tourists are my favorite... and if I go anywhere else in this world I would love to try China, only because I feel like a celeb with my blonde roots. I have never had so many pictures taken of me in random places. Made me laugh because they are not shy about shoving their camera in your face and snappin' a close up.

Okay, we are done with that rant. We visited this castle called the Chateau De Chillion. It is the only castle still in tact and the only one who hasn't been destroyed. When we were there it was really foggy, but we managed to see the Alps and needless to say it felt like we were in a painting. Unreal. I want to go back when it is clear skies so I can see the top of the alps because even with all the smog, it was gorgeous.

Our second night in Switzerland we were late to our hotel, so the manager gave our room away to someone else. It was so awesome. Picture this: 1 toddler, 2 breast feeding babies, 3 goofballs who can't stop laughing about the situation, 1 worry wart, & 2 mom's who just want to put their babies to sleep... all stuck in a van. Til 2 in the morning. You have to expect situations like this being with the Taylor's. I was one of the three goofballs who couldn't stop making jokes about the situation. We had to laugh to lighten the mood! Things got pretty serious when a nice young man from starbucks informed us that we were in the 'Vegas' of Switzerland. 2 a.m. rolls around and we got ourselves a hotel. We have lived to tell the story of getting stuck in the 'silver moose' for hours with such an adverse group. I am forever grateful for this memory.

Swiss Chocolate.. brilliant, I tell ya.

This bridge is from the 13th century.

Just having a good time... in a stroller.

My favorite picture, just says it all about these silly Asian tourists.

Hope you enjoyed this post.
